My hp laptop…idk model it’s about 2 years old just kind of a standard one nothing special or expensive, stopped working. Sometimes it will still turn on but mostly it seems like it has to be plugged in to get any sort of response (when I’m having this issue) and I can’t get it to turn on it just has a black screen and the caps lock button flashes blue  5 times slow then 3 fast….   Like blink…..blink…..blink….blink…..blink………blink..blink..blink

lol if that helps give an idea. Also it seems to happen whenever I let the battery die completely. I’ll be watching a show and fall asleep and then it dies in the middle of whatever show that was on and after that I can’t get it to start. I try letting it just sit and charge for a long time but that doesn’t seem to help. Then randomly it will turn on for me again
