Hi @Roovani,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP PC shows a power light on, the screen stays off, and the Caps Lock key blinks. This is a diagnostic code indicating a hardware issue. The number of blinks is crucial to identifying the problem.

Step 1: Count the Blinks

Watch the Caps Lock LED carefully and count how many times it blinks in a repeating pattern. This will help pinpoint the issue.

Step 2: Perform a Hard Reset

  1. Turn off the PC and unplug it.
  2. Remove the battery (if removable).
  3. Press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds.
  4. Reconnect the power and try turning it on.

Step 3: Try BIOS Recovery (if 2 blinks)

If it's a BIOS corruption issue:

  1. Download the BIOS recovery file from HP’s support site using another PC.
  2. Create a recovery USB stick.
  3. Insert it into the affected PC.
  4. Press and hold Windows + B, then press the Power button.
  5. Release the Power button, but keep holding Windows + B until the BIOS recovery screen appears.

I hope this helps.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
