Computer randomly froze with black bar in the middle of the screen while I was watching some video. I tried to restart to see if it’ll resolved itself but it continually dim in brightness and after the third or fourth time go completely black. Disconnected everything except for the charging cable and trying again yield the same result. When booting up it just show a black screen, no Omen logo, no loading, or anything of sort. Keyboard LED still and start up sound still play.
I have this for 2 years now, nothing of sort ever happens. I haven’t tried taking the battery off nor do anything with removing parts due to fear of damaging the laptop even more. After some more research and closer inspection, I suspected the problems to either be something to do with the graphics card or the motherboard.
