Product: HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-1177c

The screen randomly locks up and then the machine runs in ulta slow motion. Take 10 seconds or so for an app to close. Have to hard reboot to get it back running. Does it at the desktop, when a single app is open, and when multiple apps are open. Have run multiple diagnostics (Norton, Windows), all say everything is working well. The computer is 4 years old and been running fine. Thanks.
