Hello Hp community,

 

After replacing the logic board in 2020  of my Hp-notebook again I am after experiencing the same issue: while working I got a white blank screen  changing to black  and keep blinking white and black no lights on keyboard the led power on the side keep blinking white as well when screen is white and no lights when screen black .  Power button unresponsive and keys or keys combination is no working ... 

I run windows 10 (64 bit) .  I tried to remove battery/ ram/ SSD however once i power back on I get the same behavior screen: white and black , white and black in loop... 

 

My laptop is OOW and this is second time same issue happen so I believe is a known factory issue with this model 

 

Please let me know how can I contact you to discuss replacement ASAP
