Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

In my Acer laptop, I was able to select bootx64.efi file from my usb boot device as trusted for UEFI, is there any way to do this in HP laptops? The option wasn't there when I searched. I had disabled secure boot when I searched, is that the reason?
