When I turn on my HP 15-f233w it immediately goes to a blue screen with SELECTED BOOT IMAGE DID NOT AUTHENTICATE. I have tried all troubleshooting steps provided by HP Support Assistant with no success.
What else can be done? Purchasing a boot disk, and if so what kind and where?

You can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable USB W10 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
