Replace the hard drive with a retail 2.5" SATA laptop drive. I assume you made Recovery Disks? You will need them to install Windows on a new drive.
Maintenance and Service Guide shows how to replace drive:

No, I did not make any recovery disk as the laptop was dropped and after I started to want to turn on the laptop it detected that it did not have a hard disk. So if I order just the SATA disk and replace it will I have to do any further steps since I do not have anything else?

I ordered a new SATA drive, it did a drive test but now my Failure Id is different
Q4XS3L-6G699M-MFPXOK-61CX03 and it is still saying that the Long DST failed. But it did test the drive and that was what came up.

You could have one of several things going on. The new hdd may actually be faulty- not common but not that unusual to receive a faulty drive out of the box. Or you actually could have damage to the SATA port on your motherboard.
You might try a hard reset/power reset to see if it changes anything:

Have you tried booting with a Windows dvd or usb flash drive to see if the drive is recognized as an available drive to install to? If you don't have a dvd/usb do you have access to another computer to download an iSO and make one?
