Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't able to boot up so did boot up check and it shows short dst check failure and my failure Id is 9K4C1A-8P09SJ-MFPURG-60SF03 and system also slows down to the maximum what should I have to do????

If you are still able to get into windows, back up any files you don't want to lose onto a portable hard drive as soon as possible, because your hard drive is on its way out.

 

Yes, a failing hard drive will slow down the system.

Hi:

 

The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure, means the hard drive needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the hard drive, you can make a bootable recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery client utility to reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that came with your PC.
