hello,
the problem came up after installing a game on the laptop. When powered on the boot screen comes up, everything goes black after a few seconds. Then again the animation comes up and boots into windows. This whole time takes 1min 45sec. Which previously didn't happen. before that, my laptop booted into windows normally withing 30 to 45 sec total.
Also when booted and no app running the memory consumes is around 7gb from total of 16gb is that normal.
Please help, i have tried reducing startup apps but nothing happens.
