@can_vinh
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
- Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
Keep me posted for further assistance.

I didn't change anything settings. I noticed that it started slow, thus I did turn off "cryto…. scan of hard drive". However it didn't help. I've also followed trouble shooting steps posted by HP-support web.
It's is an i5-8250 - Windows 10 1903 - HP 15 da0008ca - 4BQ72UA#ABL.
I noticed that there was an update for Intel Bios from HP Assistant. Probably I'll do it tomorrow. It's likely BIOS issue.
I have dual boot hard drive, but both original and later installed drives are slow, i.e. same issue.
Thank you.
