Product: HP CHROMEBOOK 11 G5 EE
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is having a Smart Disk Error. I’ve tried doing hard drive test and it shows a lot of error. Please help. I badly need to fix my laptop. Thank you.

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, your notebook has an eMMC drive which is an integral part of the motherboard.

 

In order to fix the problem the motherboard would need to be replaced.

 

That is a relatively new model, so if it is still under warranty, contact HP support in your country and submit a support case under the warranty to have the motherboard replaced.
