how to overcome this problem, that is always showing when i start up my laptop

It is the HDD and not the system board.

 

Sorry but SMART errors cannot be fixed.

Backup all important data and replace the hard drive.

it that means the problem because of the harddisk itself not because of something going wrong in the motherboard,

and is any possibilty to fix this problem in the harddisk
