Hello @SF110 .
It is possible that due to this message, the storage unit of your computer has suffered some damage, among them may have damaged sectors or the failure may be mechanical, so the problem would have to be solved by replacing the drive with a new one.

Unfortunately, HP only provide Tech Support for PCs that are still under the original warranty.  If yours has expired, you will not be able to get Tech Support for help in this because to do that in the US, you have to be able to open a support case, and to do that, you have to still be under warranty.

 

Since the drive has probably failed, as @GOLD_MASTER has already indicated, you would have to take the laptop to a repair facility and arrange with them to purchase a new drive, have it replace the old one, and arrange to have Windows reinstalled to the new drive.
