 hi, my laptop from 10 days started acting abnormal, hanged during video call, then this screen appears when switched on then later it goes to blue screen error ...I tried F2,F9 key for reset, boot manager legacy Enable..but no joy.

Please guide  me out to fix my lap top.

Hi

Make Backups and Recovery Media immediately.

 

You have a failed/failing Hard Disk drive, it will need replacing and all software re-installing.

From 2016 onwards there is a possible recovery option via the cloud...

Expand/Extract/Burn the iso Image onto a DVD/USB as needed.
Microsoft’s Creator Tool will make the required DVD or USB.
