Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cr0000 RCTO Base Model

Sometimes won't boot, nothing on screen but on led is on and capslock led flashes slowly.  If I open the case and remove the battery and then put it back then it boots.  This has happened several times and I have to remove the 5 torx screws and open the case then remove the 8 phillips screws and remove the battery and then put it back together.  There must be some other way to deal with this.  When I received it new it would not respond at all and Amazon told me to remove the battery to hard boot it.
