Hi,

My laptop has a faulty power button, so I would like to book a Care Pack visit.

 

I've attempted to contact HP on WhatsApp ([Personal Information Removed]).

 

But the bot is having a holiday for an unknown time: 

Sorry, the bot can't talk for a while. It's something the bot's owner needs to address. Error code: 2004. Conversation ID: 19:TJPMoI89C6P2jB5Rr2fKDh2QV_MYXDiLvRRTRtijgpM1@thread.v2. Time (UTC): 8/23/2023 5:41:31 AM.

 

Is there some other avenue for booking a Care Pack visit?

I understand that you are having issues with the power button on the notebook, I am glad to assist you.

I have contacted HP support.

 

The support person helped me update the BIOS.

 

The power button is working - so far, so good.
