Speak to Hp

Is there any way I can speak to an actual human being about my laptop. I just got told that i cant fix my laptop from the third party i bought it from because the hard drive is corrupted and I have to ask Hp about it. The virtual assistant is useless with this problem. How does this company run in this way?

The Windows file system could be corrupt or there is a hard disk error or undefined technical error.
