My Specter just died overnight. Will not power on, and the charging light doesn’t illuminate.
ive tried the hard reboot, a different charger, and a different outlet. Nothing has worked. And as luck would have it, I’m one month out of warranty coverage. I loved this laptop, it’s been great - for one year.. extremely disappointed in HP for what appears to be a wide-spread issue.
Can’t call their customer service line over the weekend either, so I thought I would try here.

I understand that the Specter laptop will not turn on.
I understand your concerns.
The issue seems to be the hardware part. I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support options.
They will help you.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Or you can contact local service center for repair.
