Product: Specter x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Specter x360 was only charging to 1% so I thought it was the battery and I replaced it.  Now it doesn’t turn on, but the green power light next to the power cord is on and when I press the on button it will flash a few times but not turn on.  I have unplugged the battery and held in the power button for 30 seconds and reconnected the battery but it still doesn’t turn on. Thanks for your help.
