Product: Spectre X360 13t
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Spectre X360 13T is not booting into Windows. The laptop hangs while accessing BIOS menu. The diagnostics runs successfully with no errors on SSD, CPU and motherboard. Tried booting with USB but no boot option available in boot menu. Any advice on how to troubleshoot this issue is welcome.
