Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ac003na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop suddenly started to refuse to turn on. The power button LED turns on, and then nothing happens. Caps lock and keyboard backlight work.

Tried another monitor but no luck.

I've tried opening the back panel, removing the battery and CMOS, reattaching but that also don't work.

I've tried to go into BIOS reset, HP recovery or any boot time options trying all ESC, F2, F10 or F11 keys but nothings happens.

I have also created a Windows bootable USB stick and tried to restart with the USB plugged in but it doesn't boot from any USB either. Tried with bootable USB with Ubuntu also.

 

Basically the LED light is on, I can hear the fans running, screen is dim blank.

 

Can someone please help?
