Spectre X360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Spectre would not boot this morning at all. Worked perfectly for last 4 years.

 

Out of warranty now but i saw on the forums this is a common problem with the motherboard.

 

How do i go about getting this resolved i love this laptop.

Have tried all the options on the forum that advise on hard reset & changing power adaptors etc etc.

 

Have tried 2 power adaptors and different power points in house

Welcome to HP support community.

 

Provide the notebook complete model number or the product number.

If you have already tried with alternate adapters and wall outlets still nothing, its the dc port/charger connector inside the device, that needs a replacement.

 

Reply with the requested information for more assistance.
