Product: Spectre X360

Hi. I have a Spectre X360 which is unresponsive and will not start (3 x short LED flashes when attempting to start).

I have tried holding down the power button for 15 seconds as directed, but still no joy.

Also, no LED showing when I plug the power lead in. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
