Hello,

My laptop is Spectre x360 13 inch laptop with 10th Gen Intel processor.

Today I was surfing internet on battery (85% remaining) and went to charge the laptop. After inserting the charger, the screen got blank with LED light on the power switch blinking (3 sec on, 3 sec off). It doesn't restart despite disconnecting the power cable and pressing the power button for 15 seconds. It seems to be stuck in sleep mode with blinking power button LED! If I insert the charging cord, the charging light also blinks - red - 3sec on and 3 sec off.

The laptop is just 1 year and 3 months old!

Kindly help!!

Edit: while I let it charge, I closed the lid (resulting in sleep mode). Then on opening the lid after 1 minute or so, it won't come back from sleep but the LEDs would blink continuously as stated above!

My thesis deadline is this month and all my work is on the laptop 

Help please!
