Product: HP Spectre 15-eb1 x360 Convertible Laptop PC IDS Base Model

My problem doesnt seem to be addressed in support articles, so I hope someone can help!  My HP Spectre x360 running Windows 11 suddenly refused to start up.  Screen stays black, and the whole keyboard flashes for 2 sec every 9 seconds, with a short fan burst when keyboard lights up.  I tried unlugging , then held down thr power button for 20 sec); no effect.  Does anyone know of something else to try?
