Star wars special edition 15 an003tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had to replace my hard disk and windows was re installed . but after that I lost my star wars theme like the sound effects , star wars command center, and also the icons like the recycle bin . I downloaded and updated everything that was available in the hp support site. and also I found the old .msi file of the command center and I tried repairing it and also re installing it ( the .msi file of the command center). After that the icon of star wars command center appeared nut when I open it , it says "This system is not supported". Is there any way I could get it back please let me know

@abymatt,

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

Did you install a retail copy of Windows or OEM version of Windows?

Let's start off by performing a Hard Reset -

1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected.
3) Press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds.
4) Plug-in the Adapter.
5) Try to turn on the computer.

Next thing, I would suggest here is to Run Windows Updates troubleshooter -

Download and install the troubleshooter from this link.

Now try to perform Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Once done, let's uninstall the Command center from control panel - Program and features.

Once done, restart the computer and then reinstall the drivers using HP Recovery manager.

For more details, please make use of this link: HP PCs - Using Recovery Manager to Restore Software and Drivers (Windows 10)

Let me know how it goes for further assistance!

That said, If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Have a great day!
