HP Recommended

I have an HP Envy laptop, with an uptodate windows version.

 

i have tried pressing F10 and F2 and have run a basic and an extensive hard drive check and it passed both.  Problem remains.

 

i have let it scroll for around an hour, but it never gets further than 7%.
