Startup/Administrator password issue

I have a laptop that's asking for an administrator password as soon as you turn it on. When you enter the wrong password 3 times I get the System Disabled message with the code: i 57038032

I'm having no look getting the default password information from anywhere else, so I'm hoping someone here can help me.

Reboot and enter   60667473
