Product: HP Pro Book 650 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was told that this isn't a BIOS issue, I turn on my Pro Book 650 G5 and it goes to the Startup Menu and then to a white screen. There is a box to input the password and underneath that says KEYBOARD LAYOUT. To the right, it has a drop down menu with different languages followed by numbers that start off with "0"s. Does anyone know what I can do? I have my password to get into Windows, but that doesn't work when entered.
