Hey, 

So i keep getting Stop code : 0xc00021a, and i read the resolved queries on this platform and did my System Quick test, fast test and it PASSED without any problem. 

So then according to the steps posted I then went on to do system restore, but then it asked me to sign in the account and i cannot remember the password. 

I tried all the password I know and it's all incorrect. 

I want to perform system restore, but i can't get past the incorrect password. 

Please HELP🙏
