Check to see if there is a hardware problem: Watch this video.
Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.
All I can recommend is to read what Google's AI has to say about that iastore applicaotion.
I removed it (iastore) from my desktop as I do not have optane memory and wanted AHCI. Instead of going through what the AI has to say you might want to do a factory restore here
------------------------
- Switching to AHCI mode: If you're switching to AHCI (Advanced Host Controller Interface) for your storage controller, you'll need to remove iastorv.sys, as it's specific to Intel RST Premium or VROC.
- Troubleshooting boot issues: If you're experiencing boot problems related to Intel RST, removing the driver might help resolve the issue, though it might also require reinstalling the operating system.
- Preventing compatibility issues: If you're upgrading your operating system or hardware, you might encounter compatibility issues with iastorv.sys, and uninstalling it could be necessary. [1, 1, 2, 2]
- Back up your data: Before making any changes to your system's drivers, it's crucial to back up all important data. This will help you avoid data loss if something goes wrong. [1, 1, 2, 2, 4]
- Disable Intel RST or VROC volumes: If you're using Intel RST or VROC, you'll need to disable any active volumes or arrays through the Intel RST application or the VROC interface in the BIOS/UEFI. [1, 1, 5, 5]
- Enter the BIOS/UEFI: During the boot process (usually by pressing Del or F2), enter the BIOS/UEFI settings. [1, 1]
- Change SATA/VMD controller mode: [1, 1]
- Reinstall the operating system: After changing the controller mode, the system might not be able to boot with the existing operating system. You'll likely need to reinstall the operating system. [1, 1]
- Uninstall the Intel RST driver: Once the operating system is reinstalled, you can uninstall the Intel RST driver. You can do this using the Device Manager (search for "Device Manager", then go to "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers", and find and uninstall the Intel RST driver). [6, 6, 7, 7, 8]
- Potential boot issues: Removing the Intel RST driver can lead to boot problems. You might need to reinstall the operating system or use a bootable recovery tool to repair the boot sector. [2, 2]
- Data loss: If you have critical data on your Intel RST or VROC volumes, ensure you have a backup before making any changes. [1, 1, 2, 2]
- Compatibility: After uninstalling, make sure your system and devices are compatible with the new configuration (AHCI mode). [2, 2]

Thanks for your reply. The issue has gotten even worse now. When I enter the recovery screen, the system restarts automatically.
Can I format the OS and install Windows 10? Would that fix the issue? Please advise.

See if your system can do a factory restore here
if not then from inside windows, request a reset with preservation of data.
I do not recommend a clean install at this time.

Now, it restarts automatically within a few minutes.
I am unable to do anything because my laptop keeps restarting before completing the required steps or processes. I have already formatted Windows and installed Windows 10, but the issue still persists.
What should I do now? PLEASE HELP!!!! 😞

Go into the bio setup and press the function key that restores the bios defaults. Make sure that secure boot is enabled and the date and time are correct. Save setting.
Install windows 10 by booting a USB flash. If the problems continue then take to a shop.
