Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

My issue: Stop code: WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR

I started experiencing issues after an update for windows 10 now I am unable to boot my laptop.

I have tried:

-  running system diagnostics (PASSED)

- Tried system recovery which I am unable to enter due to the system switching immediately to BLUE SCREEN.

- HP automatic repairs freeze and switch to BLUE SCREEN.

- I tried booting it from USB and switched to BLUE SCREEN

Can you please assist in resolving this issue as I only had the laptop for 5 months.

Thank you.
