HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Power on and goes to auto repair then diagnosing and finally to blue screen Automatic Repair with choice of restart or advanced options! I realize there is probably a million thread on this problem but I have absolutely tried everything that has been suggested ! All the key commands , command prompt , cannot get to any recovery , I made what I thought is a boot usb but doesn’t help ! I have diagnosed and solved computers before but WOW !  Its my Granddaughters and would like to keep files and I know she never backed it up so I need a sure fire way to get booted ! If I can’t save files then I need a way to reload windows and if nit comes to that how do I find the win10 key ? Thanks so much
