While resetting my house victus laptop it only shows "there is some error please press ok to continue to restart" it is showing this text only again and again when I press ok button

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click here for information on how to find the model number/product number).

- Error messages (if any) on the unit. Please share an image if possible to isolate the issue,

- When was the last time it was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your PC recently?
