Hp Pavilion 15 - Gaming CX000xxx

Hi All,

So let me walk you guys from the start.

I shut down my laptop in the evening as I used to do that. The other morning I powered my Laptop on then it got booted up till I got a black screen and just a cursor in play. So after waiting for 5 or 10 mins I decided to restart my Laptop. Then my laptop didnt boot after HP logo screen. I tried all remedies shared before whicj includes cjecking hardware. Even tried to recover last windows 10 backup (5 days back date) still no progress.

the above picture is of Extensive system test report. See if any one can translate this jargon. In order to further diagnose I even tried reinstalling a fresh windows 10 copy, also formated my whole hard drive but still when I try to boot up my PC after HP logo scren it flashes somedata for 2 or 3 seconds (below is the shot I managed to take). Its keep coming on infinite loop (HP logo screen then this appear).

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I would suggest performing system factory reset using HP cloud recovery method will put the computer back to the original factory settings in this way all corrupted and outdated software will be removed. ( if you have you done this way system factory recovery you can skip these steps and you can ship the computer in for repair )

While doing the recovery there is an option to backup your personal files. If you have not previously done one now is a good time.
Restoring Files that were Backed Up Using HP Recovery Manager (Windows )You can also contact HP support for assistance. They can remotely access your system to help alleviate difficulties: www.hp.com/contacthp/

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
