Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Guys,

 

I have a problem with a specific type of HP model (see title). The problem is, when i leave my workstation and come back in about 30 minutes i can't unclock my workstation? I entered my credientials and it just will load forever. I can't do anything, the only way to get it back is by forcing it to shutdown. When i boot it again up it will login just fine. This is very annoying. I searched up to whole internet for a solution, but without any succes.  

 

I hope that someone can help me solve this problem.
