Hi, my computer was working fine yesterday but when I tried turning it on today it booted to the blue screen asking for "Choose your keyboard layout". It does give me the options to access the command prompt and run troubleshooter but it does not allow me to actually open the computer/finish booting. I can not access the start menu. I tried running the troubleshooter but nothing happens. I also tried running "dism.exe /image:c:\\ /remove-package" and "/packagename:Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~16299.248.1.17" but that also didn't work. "bcdedit" does not help either. I do not have a backup boot device. Attempting to uninstall the latest software does not work either. Attempting:
chkdsk c: /f
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /rebuildbcd
bcdboot c:\windows /s c:
works for all commands except /fixboot which requires admin permissions which I can't give without launching.
I also got the error "failure ID PGABMT-8A3AHE-MFPX6K-C68803" when running a system check.
