After startup (my note book 4540s ) HP logo showed up,esc & F10 key does not work immediate after that it's goes to UEFI but up, down & enter key doesn't work. I couldn't open to reset bios, I tried power+ win + B key nothing happened only screen goes off (Black) & cooling fan speed increased, Kindly suggest now how proceed to change bios settings to boot from USB, for your information USB ports also not working.
