Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi.

1. I'm trying to update to windows 11.

2. The verification tool mentions that I need to enable the safe boot.

3. If I have the Legacy Support enabled, I am not able to enable the secure boot.

4. If I disable legacys upport, I am able to enable the secure boot. But it will boot using the UEFI Boot order. In the UEFI boot order it doesn't boot from the notebook hard drive (I don't know why). And because of that the PC can't run windows at all.

So, what should I do? Already loaded factory keys. Didn't help.

Hi:

You have two options:

1.  Back up your files and reinstall W10 in UEFI mode then you can enable secure boot afterward.

To install W10 in UEFI mode, you boot from the EFI USB Diskette on Key/USB hard drive.

2. Bypass the W11 hardware check and do an in-place upgrade to W11.

The method I have posted below is the easiest way to do that in my opinion...
