Product: HP Notebook - 15-da0053wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After Bios Update,  laptop in loop that starts, runs for 5 sec then shuts off for 10 seconds. Bios doesn't start, just a blank screen. Pressing repeatedly and or holding down the F10, F11, F9, F1, F2, ESCAPE, POWER, WINDOWS+B / V does nothing halt this loop.
