Stuck on boot loop, various known fixes aren’t working

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, recently my HP Notebook has stuck on a boot loop and the various fixes for this (I.e. F10 system diagnostics, troubleshooting directory) have not been helpful. And I’m too worried of using the factory reset as I have many important files on my computer I don’t want to lose. If there are any suggestions to fix this besides the ones I listed above, that would be grateful.

Please do a clean install Windows 10 using following steps


(a) Create Windows 10 installation media (USB or DVD or ISO file) from


(b) Use installation media to do a clean install Windows 10

           Note: tick keep user files/data and applications

(c) Run Windows updates or go to support page to download and install drivers/software
