Hi I tried reinstalling windows 10 from the windows 10 media creation tool, I formatted the windows partition and started the installer but on restart it stalled on the HP screen and does on every boot and I can't use hp restore as when it starts the screen is blank except for a empty blue Square which restarts the pc, what can I do

I suggest you run a System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality
- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests
If all the Test pass, please contact HP Support to order the Recovery Media, since the Recovery Media created might not have been created properly
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
