Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two laptops (Model 15-dy1051wm and Model 15-dw0037wm) Both seem stuck with their Power-on Passwords.

 

I've tried the Windows Key + B for rewriting the BIOS and Windows Key + V for rewriting the CMOS and neither have changed anything. Additionally the System Disabled code keeps changing from one to another so no "HP BIOS Master Password Generator" is working.

 

I cant find any articles on any HP Laptops System Disabled codes changing and have no clue what my options are with these machines.
