I want to install Kali Linux on this device and i want to know if it is compatible with Kali Linux? if not then Debian?

This post you have posted is a very old one. From hardware/driver/kernel point of view, it should be compatible with Debian Linux (and Kali). Note that Kali uses Debian for its basis.

 

Here are the minimum system requirements for Debian:

I don't recommend you use Kali for day-to-day usage as it runs with root (admin) account ony and is consider special OS for advanced users, and not for day-to-day usage.

 

Debian's and Kali's default GUI (DE) is GNOME and GNOME is considered relatively heavier on resourses than other desktop environments (DE). For your PC I recommend you XFCE or LDXE desktop environments as they are lighter on resourses and will better fit your PC.

 

You might also try Lubuntu LTS - based on Ubuntu and Debian - with LDXE environment built-in.
