Product: HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-fe0000 (77X84AV)

My Bios was updated to F.06 just now during bootup in the morning.

I did not initiate this biosupdate. I was not informaed about this Biosupdate. I cannot find a Change Log of this Biosupdate. On the Supportpage the most recent Bios for my Device is still  F.04a

 

So my questions: Where do i find a complete(!) changelog?

How is it possible that hardwarelevel updates are installed without my doing?

How do i prevent that in the future?
