Product: Elitebook X360 1030 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, my pc does not reckognize anymore my password nor my fingerprint. Im completely locked out of my stuff being stopped by sure start from accessing my laptop.

I cant complete my university tasks so i would be happy to. Receive some help.

Same problem on an Elitebook 1050 G1. After changing on W10 from local user to microsoft user, my fingerprint and password are no more recognized. No way to open the bios setup.
