I have tried update BIOS through HP Support Assistant but FAILED.

Go to HP Support Website and downloaded the software sp93355.exe, run it and also failed. 

I created the BIOS update in Flashdisk, also failed

 

Can someone share the right way to upgrade the BIOS ?
