Hi!
When i turn on my notebook than it shows an error message on the screen:
Product information not valid
the following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid
System Board (00A) - System Board CT Number
ENTER - Continue Startup
For more information, please visit: www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup
I press Enter and the system boots, but the black screen flashes up every 1 or 2 minutes.
I spoken with HP Hungary. They suggested that i do a BIOS update and if the error message does not disappear, ask for help here. Updated, but the keyboard and touchpad don't work.
Can you help me?
Thank you so much!

I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns
HP Pc’s uses a customized BIOS setting (Tattooed BIOS) which is imprinted with the Product details
Since these information are missing due to a BIOS Corruption, you need to send the Notebook to the Service Center to flash the BIOS once again
Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
Thank you and have a great day
