Hi @LilFatThang08, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The System Disabled Code (68410558) indicates that the BIOS has been locked with an administrator or power-on password, and too many incorrect attempts have triggered the lockout.
Solution: Reset BIOS Password
Try Backdoor Password:
- Some HP laptops have a default backdoor password. You can try entering "58484514" or a variation based on your disable code. If it works, remove the BIOS password from the security settings.
Use HP Online Password Generator:
- HP has an algorithm to generate a master reset password based on the System Disabled Code.
- Try an online HP BIOS password generator to get the reset code.
Perform a CMOS Reset (For Older Models):
- Power off your laptop and remove the battery (if removable).
- Disconnect the CMOS battery for a few minutes to reset the BIOS.
- Reconnect everything and power it on.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
